General Info

Our festival will take place in multiple locations in Zagreb. 

The closest parking to the Cinema SC is Parking Cibonni, but we highly recommend you take public transport or a taxi to attend our evening events. 

For events at Kaptol Boutique Cinema you may park at Kaptol Garage up to three hours with validation.

Our premiere dress code is formal. We look forward to seeing you on the red carpet! 

Lines form at the venue approximately one hour prior to screening start time. We will begin allowing attendees 30 mins prior to scheduled start time.

Smaller bags and backpacks, mobile phones will be allowed.

In addition to food, drinks and bottles, all forms of drugs, alcohol (unless purchased within the festival), professional filming equipment without accreditation, and devices that interfere with film projections are also prohibited.

Photography and recording are not allowed without a previously approved accreditation. Please contact us for a media pass. 

Bags may be inspected when entering certain areas, especially at evening screenings or events with a larger number of visitors.

Visitors are obliged to respect silence during the screenings. Any disturbance to other spectators may result in removal from the festival.

Late arrivals will be allowed entry on a space available basis and are not guaranteed. Standby tickets are sold to any empty seats in the venue at the start of every screening.

FAQ

Tickets

All visitors must show a valid ID for verification at the entrance. People who try to enter using a list on which they are not listed will be immediately removed. If they continue to try to enter the festival area, further procedures will be taken by security and the police.

Once visitors have entered the festival, re-entry is not allowed. If they leave the festival area, they will not be able to return without buying a new ticket.

Although there is no specific age limit for entry, certain screenings may not be recommended for those under 12 or 16, depending on the content of the films.

There are no tickets sold in-person prior to the festival, all transactions must be made online through the Core-Event website. There will be fully operational box offices at our primary screening venues during the festival.

We do not offer reserved seating for tickets or passes. All seating is general admission and first come, first served. 

Tickets are transferable, but please bring a valid ID if you are on a guest list. 

FAQ

Food & Beverage

Food, drinks and any bottles, including glass and plastic, are strictly prohibited. All food and drinks must be purchased within the festival area.

Franck is our proud sponsor for our morning brunch talks. Coffee, drinks, and food will be provided at the venue Wespa Spaces after the panel session. 

Drinks will be for sale at our concert venues

Popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase at our film screenings.
